Hong Kong, Travel The dogs of Ngong Ping Village (Lantau Island – Hong Kong) I will have a post up in the next few days about the Cable Car and Ngong Ping Village but I couldn’t resist photographing some of the dogs there. Signs clearly said “no dogs” but these obviously can’t read 🙂 If you liked this post, share with a friend. I am pretty sure they were pets, some were with the monastery and I think others belonged to the village. Someone was caring for them, they weren’t strays. Reply
They did look a bit like them, and about that size too but definitely some Chow in their ancestry, black tongues – and some had the curly tails. Reply
Me too and I love contradictions – have a great pic coming up of the giant buddha and a Starbucks sign 🙂 Reply
They look healthy! Perhaps someone take a good care of them..I do hope so 🙂

They look like German Shepherds. Such loving and loyal pets!
