World War 2 Egyptian Postcards – Cairo

Along with the photos my grandfather took while serving in World War 2 were a number of sets of postcards he’d purchased.  These are interesting and beautiful in their own right.  They were mostly from Egypt, except for the one I posted previously which he sent from Australia when he was onroute to North Africa.

The rest of the postcards were presumably purchased between 1941 & 1943 when he was based in Egypt.

The photos will be coming soon as I have a chance to sort them out and post them.
