Cartagena’s old town is a Unesco World Heritage Site. The alley ways, cobble stones and old buildings with their balconies are beautiful. You rarely hear good things about Colombia, its all drug cartels, violence and … well thats about it really. I can’t speak for the rest of Colombia but we loved Cartagena. Admittedly, we only had 1 day with a stop on our Panama Canal Cruise but is a city I would love to go back and explore some more.
