One of the new attractions that was announced for the Disneyland 60th Anniversary event was the new Paint the Night parade.
I was definitely not disappointed when we saw this while visiting for the 60th celebration. It was just beautiful and the music pays homage to the Baroque Hoedown used for the old Mainstreet Electrical parade.
Definitely do not miss this parade if you get the opportunity to visit Disneyland in the evening. Its spectacular!

LOL. I haven’t been to Disneyland in over ten years, I think… and I hadn’t heard of this name change to “Paint the Night Parade”. I’ve only known it as the Main Street Electrical Parade! Duh! Fun vids.
Its actually a completely new parade with new floats. The music just has some reminders of the old Main Street Electrical parade but you can’t compare them with this amazing new technology in the lighting effects. Its amazing!
