6 foot waves every 90 seconds and no salty water = AMAZING!
Disney’s Typhoon Lagoon at Walt Disney World in Florida, is the largest wave pool in North America. It alternates about once an hour or so with the incredible 6ft surf wave to a consistant bobbing wave (boring!).
I’ll do another post in future with more info and photos but for now, make do with a short clip of the surf wave…

It looks like a lot of fun! We went to Disney World last year. We didn’t go to Typhoon Lagoon. Did you stay in Disney World?
We are staying offsite in a villa in Davenport currently but will be spending some time onsite for the last part of our trip.

My kids absolutely loved Typhoon Lagoon! They’d get knocked over by the wave and come up laughing every time.
I love it too! We especially enjoyed the water coasters – so cool!
